Born and raised in New York City, Craig pursued his education in Colorado, earning a Bachelor’s degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences and a Master’s degree in Educational Leadership and Administration. Starting as a secondary school teacher, he nurtured young minds through social studies and sports coaching, fulfilling a personal dream of shaping lives in education.
Craig’s transition into real estate came with the same dedication he brought to teaching. Obtaining his license and founding BCN Development in 1994, he embarked on a mission to redefine urban spaces. From modest beginnings to creating vibrant, mixed-use communities, Craig established himself as a leader in the real estate industry. His efforts were recognized when he was named Ernst & Young Developer of the Year for Colorado in 2000.
Beyond his professional achievements, Craig is deeply committed to mentorship and community involvement. He frequently guest lectures at universities and organizations like YJP (Young Jewish Professionals) and is passionate about inspiring others to follow their dreams. An avid runner and health enthusiast, Craig resides in Manhattan with his wife, Sharon, and their three children, balancing a life of creativity, family, and purpose.
